Family is one of my most significant values, and I spend time with them daily, experimenting in the kitchen; we all enjoy learning about new cultures, especially through their cuisines. I also enjoy reading, am a serious student, and tend to view the world logically – I strive to learn something new every day. I enjoy being out in nature, whether it’s hiking or water activities, and enjoy witty banter with friends. Religiously, I am chardal/charedi and hope to make Aliyah by 2029. While I am an introvert, my close friends see me as funny, outgoing, and a joy to spend time with. I enjoy being an out-of-towner, as I value involvement in my community, but appreciate space. As an analytical and gentle personality, I highly value a person’s ability to communicate honestly in appropriate yet sensitive ways.
I am looking for somebody in his early to mid-20s who has a strong foundation in halacha and Torah and is learning at least 1-2 hours daily. It is vital to me that he goes to minyan daily and shares the value of building a home that is firmly grounded in Torah, where children can ask any question and discussions are welcome. He should be responsible and mature yet with a sense of humor and a soft side, willing to take on traditional relationship roles and participate actively in his relationships. Lastly, he should not smoke. Preferably, he would be okay with having guests for Shabbat relatively often but not weekly, and have an easygoing yet adventurous personality. It would be an added benefit if he were musically inclined.
