My family background is modern Orthodox. I attended Toronto Hebrew Day School up to grade 7. Then we moved to a small city where I attended Public School. After high school I attended Yeshiva for 4 summers. I became familiar with two chassidic groups. I have a Masters and Bachelor in Chemical Engineeting. I worked in Engineerring in Canada, at McMaster University, and at Atomic Energy of Canada In the New York area I worked as a Computer Programmer for 45 years. I have six children, all of whom are Orthodox. Three of them are married with children, two of whom live in Israel. I live with my youngest son, age 21 (in 2026). I retired to Cleveland after my divorce, since it is more affordable.
