My Yiddishkeit is the same; I have transitioned slowly from a secular background to being a shomer Shabbos, with a genuine love for continued growth. I have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

My primary interest in an exciting shidduch is someone who is growing, religiously and personally. I am hoping the lady is both academically and personally intelligent. She must have been married with children. She will be tolerant of different perspectives without having to be fully accepting of difference (not defensive of difference). She might be very assertive without being controlling. Physical attraction is important, yet not a top priority.
