I’m a curious person and I enjoy thinking deeply about things, and it’s important to me to be honest both intellectually and in my actions. I’m currently pursuing an MA in Medieval Jewish History at Revel, after which I will probably look for a job in a special-collections library. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and other hobbies such as painting. I’m introverted but enjoy spending time with my friends.
What is this user looking for?
I’m looking for someone who’s preferably not yeshivish but not Modern Orthodox either—something in between, like me. However, I would consider dating someone who is MO but seriously frum. He should work but take the time to learn daily, and daven with a minyan. I’m looking for someone who is honest, independent minded (with Torah values), and deep-thinking, with a sense of humor. Also, it’s important to me that I marry someone who has a rebbi whom he can consult about halachic or hashkafic matters. I’m willing to date anyone from my age up to 5 years older.
