I’ve been working formally in shidduchim for approximately 12 years . I’ve been a part of TSI (Toronto Shidduch Initiative) since its inception. While I tend to focus on learning boys and girls who are looking for that type of boy, I am happy to work with singles who are not. Apart from the actual brainstorming of ideas which is a big part of being a shadchan, I very much enjoy and work hard at being the best intermediary that I can be. Mediating between the two singles and their parents is a delicate task. I try my utmost to treat everyone I come in contact with with dignity and respect. Once involved in a shidduch I am there for them from the first date thru til whenever they no longer need my assistance. From helping to plan dates to navigating bumps in the dating process to proposals.
